DIY Magnesium Balm Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons shea butter
4 tablespoons coconut oil
5 tablespoons beeswax

2 tablespoons avocado oil
15 drops lavender essential oil
Directions
Melt the shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax in a double boiler over low heat. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. The mixture should still be liquid.
Stir in the magnesium spray, avocado oil, and lavender essential oil until well combined.
Pour into a clean glass jar or tin. Let cool completely before sealing.
